Help for Payments
Online catalogue (IPAC) help.
The library system allows payment for the services it provides Scientific Library of Central Bohemia in Kladno users through the GoPay payment gateway, ie payment for online services.
The user can make two types of payment
- Debt payment, incurred by the user for the service CCSL in Kladno (delayled payment, handling fee for booking, damages for loss or damage to the document, etc.)
- Deposit of the amount to the financial account held in CCSL in Kladno
In order for the user to make the payment, he/she must have a bank account, which allows online payments to be made, and the amount the user pays for must be available on this account.
The user must be registered in CCSL in Kladno and must have at the time of payment a valid registration.
Payments are made via payment gateway GoPay.
How to pay online
Sign into your account in the online catalog.
Online payments are available after logging in on the tab Account / choice Payments
Bookmark Payments
Showing the status of the financial account and the amount of the debt, the possibility of online deposit on a financial account and payment of the debt online or from credit.
Bookmark History of payments
an overview of all online reader payments and credit debt payments
or after logging in on the tab Account / choice Loans, reservations, …, bookmark Summary
Amounts due can also be paid on the tab Account / choice Loans, reservations, …, bookmark Debts
Click on the link Pay the debt online or Insert you will be redirected to the GoPay payment gateway.
Fill in the required information and click the button "Pay…"
The payment information will be processed by your account in the online library catalog within seconds. You can see the status of your account on the tab Account / volba Payments / záložka History of payments.
Note: You'll also see declined or unfinished payments with matching information in the column [?TX_PAY_STATUS]
Výše úhrady zpozdného
Jestliže nevrátíte vypůjčený dokument včas, započítává se poplatek za zpozdné 5 Kč / dokument / 1 den. Takto je částka navyšována automaticky každý provozní den až do okamžiku, kdy dokument vrátíte. Po určité době nevrácení dokumentu dojde k tzv. zafixování částky. To znamená, že dlužná částka je jako celek připsána přímo do vašeho konta. K tzv. zafixování dochází po deseti, třiceti a šedesáti uplynulých provozních dnech od nevrácení dokumentu. K zafixované částce je i nadále připočítáváno dynamicky zpozdné 5 Kč za dokument a provozní den až do okamžiku vrácení dokumentu. Online je možné zaplatit pouze zafixované částky. To znamená
- 1.– 9. den po uplynutí výpůjční doby: není možné zpozdné zaplatit, částka není zafixovaná,
- 10. den dojde k zafixování dluhu 50 Kč za dokument a den,
- 10.-29. den je možné zaplatit zafixovanou částku 50 Kč za dokument a den. Dluh přesahující 50 Kč (za dokument a den) zůstává nezaplacený,
- 30. den dojde k zafixování dluhu 150 Kč za dokument a den,
- 30.-59. den je možné zaplatit zafixovanou částku 150 Kč za dokument a den. Dluh přesahující 150 Kč (za dokument a den) zůstává nezaplacený, atd.
